一．HD-3000型電腦核酸蛋白檢測儀產(chǎn)品簡介：HD-3000型：波長:214、254、280nm。LED數(shù)字顯示。樣品池 :80微升，光程3毫米。HD-3000型：可實(shí)現(xiàn)電腦繪圖，保存數(shù)據(jù)分析和計(jì)算（電腦另配），量程:0-100%T、0.2A，RS232串行口。
一．HD-3000型概述
核酸蛋白檢測儀、紫外檢測儀是液湘色譜儀中的一種紫外檢測裝置，該儀器配有層析柱、恒流泵、部分收集器等，即組成一套完整的液色湘色譜分離分析系統(tǒng)。它可應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代生物學(xué)研究，藥物測定、農(nóng)業(yè)科研、化工、食品及醫(yī)療單位對具有紫外吸收的樣品作定量分析。HD-3000型主要元器件均采用進(jìn)口，儀器全部采用LED數(shù)字顯示，使用方便。
1.HD-3000型除配有輸出10 ｍV 記錄儀信號外，還配有輸出適合計(jì)算機(jī)積分儀的輸口，這樣很方便構(gòu)成色譜工作站系統(tǒng)。（可同時(shí)進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)和記錄儀信號輸出，亦可省去記錄儀）
2.HD-3000型的數(shù)字顯示設(shè)計(jì)為固定光吸收，A 顯示計(jì)算機(jī)用和可變量程光吸收Ａ顯示記錄儀用兩種可選模式，這樣可方便于規(guī)范化讀數(shù)，同時(shí)亦可根據(jù)科研需要進(jìn)行可變量程的高靈敏度讀數(shù)，這樣可方便于對低濃度樣品檢測。
3.HD-3000型采用新型進(jìn)口IP28 光電倍增管和改進(jìn)型電路結(jié)構(gòu)，使儀器工作更為穩(wěn)定可靠。
